U Ethical has been required to make further operational changes in line with Victorian government directions and health and safety considerations for our community and our team.
We remain open and online
As a result of the Victorian government stage 4 restrictions we will be moving to full remote online operation. We closed our on-site office on the 5th August 2020 until further advice from the Victorian government, in compliance with new lockdown requirements. Whilst most of our team has been working remotely since mid-March, all of our people will continue to be as accessible as they have been over the past few months.
You can continue to access information about our operations and your investments during the restrictions by utilising any of our contact channels:

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on Australia Post mailing services and our operations, any direct mail correspondence will be delayed. As such, it would be far more timely and very helpful if you would communicate with us via telephone or email.
Under these conditions, please submit any forms to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to internet or electronic facilities, please give us a call.
Changing your contact preference to email
Opting to receive communications via email is the best way to adjust to the new restrictions and ensure we can communicate with you easily and quickly. To switch to email you may notify us of your preferred email address by phone or email. If you already have an Online Investor Account you may update your email address via the portal.

If you do not have an Online Investor Account and would like one, please call us so we may assist you to either set up one, or to talk you though other ways we may register an email address for you.
Keeping your details secure
If you are unsure whether an email from U Ethical is genuine, please contact us via phone first before clicking on any link or downloading any attachments. U Ethical would never request your password or responses to your security questions via email.
We no longer accept cheques
To avoid delay and disruption from postal services as well as to ensure the health and safety of our team and the community, from 5 August 2020, we no longer accept physical cheques.
