Damien oversees U Ethical’s operational functions, supporting the organisation’s strategic goals through the efficient delivery of systems, technology, and risk and compliance frameworks.
With more than 20 years’ experience in finance and investment operations, Damien has held senior leadership roles across Australia, the US, and the UK. His background spans private equity, government transformation, and global funds management, with deep expertise in enterprise strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Before joining U Ethical, Damien led operations at MaxCap Group and held senior roles at First Reserve Corporation in New York. He has also worked with PwC and KPMG in audit and investment services.
