Joshua Nappa, CFA

Associate Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income

Credentials: BBus (Eco&Fin), CFA

Joshua has over eight years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on both domestic and global fixed income across a range of roles.

Prior to U Ethical, Joshua was an Investment Analyst at Lonsec Research, where he was responsible for researching domestic and global fund managers, with his coverage of strategies including cash, corporate credit, syndicated loan, high yield, securitised and unconstrained portfolios. Joshua also covered a range of Multi-Asset portfolios ranging from traditional diversified to real-return and multi-manager strategies.

Joshua joined U Ethical in 2021 as an Investment Analyst – Fixed Income & Cash, where he was responsible for conducting fundamental credit research on domestic and kangaroo issuers, and supported the management of U Ethical’s fixed income product suite. In 2024, he was promoted to Associate Portfolio Manager – Fixed Income.

In his current role, Joshua co-manages U Ethical’s fixed income funds and is responsible for the ongoing development of the investment process. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from RMIT University and is a CFA Charterholder.
