Lucas plays a key role in supporting the investment team with company research
and analysis while also contributing to client engagement and operational support.

Since joining U Ethical in 2021, he has been instrumental in enhancing client
relationships and streamlining processes. Previously, Lucas worked as a graduate
accountant at BlueRock and held administrative roles at Ansvar Insurance.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting, Banking & Finance) from Monash
University.
